This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit the HRİKa Çözümler website or contact us.
Limited personal data may be processed to operate the site, respond to enquiries, discuss demos and projects, assess job applications and meet legal obligations. This is general information; more detailed notices may be provided for specific contracts, proposals, partnerships or recruitment processes.

Personal data we process
Contact, demo and project enquiries
Your name, organisation, phone number, email address, selected topic, message and other information you provide may be processed.
Careers and freelance applications
Your name, contact details, CV, portfolio, work samples, expertise and information supplied in your application may be assessed.
Site use and technical records
IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, visited pages and server logs may be processed for security and technical operation. Maps, social media and external links are subject to the relevant third parties’ privacy terms.
Page views and browser/device information may be sent to Google through Google Analytics 4 to measure use of the website and game-tracking pages. See our Cookie Policy for information about analytics cookies.
Country detection and language preference
When you open the homepage, your IP address may be used to estimate your country and select the English page for visitors outside Türkiye. The lookup uses a local database on our server; your IP address is not sent to an external geolocation service. Country estimates can be inaccurate. We remember a language choice you make using a first-party cookie for 180 days. Browser language is not used. Direct links to other pages remain available.
Purposes and legal grounds
Personal data is processed to respond to requests, discuss demos and projects, manage proposals and contracts, assess applications and collaboration requests, secure the site and meet legal obligations.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), relevant grounds may include entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, establishing or protecting rights, and explicit consent where required. For individuals covered by the GDPR, corresponding grounds may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent.
Sharing and retention
Data may be shared, only where necessary, with technical infrastructure providers, email and hosting providers, business partners, advisers and authorised public bodies.
Personal data is retained for the period necessary for its purpose, then as appropriate for legal limitation periods, the defence of rights and archiving obligations. When no longer necessary, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

You can contact us to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK and, where the GDPR applies, your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.
